2100 Kettner is a new mixed-use development in the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego. It features 219,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of retail space, food and beverage vendors, retailers, and fitness facilities. The LEED certified project also offers outdoor terraces, an indoor/outdoor lobby, and 280 parking spaces.

Twining provided materials testing and special inspection. Our scope of services included reinforced concrete, shotcrete, masonry, non-destructive testing, structural steel, fireproofing, and shop inspection.  We also provided specialty firestopping inspections.
