Lockheed Martin Plant 10, Building 603-603A Utility Expansion

This project consisted of utility upgrades and the expansion of Lockheed Martin’s Plant 10 in Palmdale. Twining provided compaction testing of soils during backfill, sampling of concrete for caissons and other structural members through the construction of the project.
